Here are Some Tips To Be Healthy:

The Desert Heat . . .
Eat something hot for colds. When you get a stuffy nose, break up the congestion by eating spicy foods such as chili. Foods with cayenne pepper, horseradish, Chinese mustard and hot pepper sauce also contain natural decongestants that losen sticky mucous.

Smiling Is Good, But . . .
DO NOT smile when you swim. Some people slightly open their mouths when they swim, letting in pool water. The chemicals can turn your teeth brown. So if you do not want brown teeth, keep your lips zipped when you swim.

Uugh . . . Bad Breath
Get rid of chip breath. If you cannot brush at any time, eat an apple. The crunchy fruit will clean odor-causing debris from your teeth and get the salica flowing for sweeter breath.

Make Your Own Sports Drink
Trust me . . . this DOES NOT taste bad like some people think it does. You don't have to buy expensive sports drink to tank up on fluids while playing sports. Mix a cup of orange juice with a cup of water and add a sprinkle of salt. The juice gives you energy, while the water and salt helps you replace loss fluids. DO NOT PUT IN TOO MUCH SALT OR IT WILL END UP TASTING LIKE SEAWATER

Stage Fright? Don't Worry
Pop plastic bubble to chill out. This really kills those stomach butterflies. A recent stufy found that popping two sheets of plastic bubble wrap reduces tension and nervousness.

Uugh . . . Spasms
Have you ever felt a sharp pain on your side after a long run? Uugh. That's called a side-stitch, and people believe they are caused by a sudden contraction (spasm) of your side muscles. When it happens, press on the area with three fingers, then take deep breaths. When you exhale, purse your lips and blow out forcefully. This helps your muscles relax.

Next time you sit down to study, put some frsh florals on the table. Sound silly? Nope. A study found that people who sniffed a floral scent while studying learned 17% faster then they did without any sweet smells around. The Smell& Taste Treatment and Research Foundation says one explanation may be that the older stimulated people's brains to be more alert.

Iron Grip
Take one sheet of newspaper and hold a tip of it with your thumb and forefinger. Now hold your arms straight out in front of you, palms facing down, and start crumbling up the paper. Do this every other day.

Peas Help Me!
When you twist your ankle, packing the injury with ice will help stop the swelling. But ice cubes have sharp edges and melt. Instead get a bag of fozenpeas from the refrigerator. Wrap the bag in a dish towel and place it on your ankle. The bag of peas will mold into the shape of the limb.

So now you don't need to worry about some og your health, so BE HAPPY!

If you have a severe toothache use clove oil on a piece of cotton wool or try swilling your mouth with pepperment oil.

NEVER POP PIMPLES To help reduce acne drink plenty of pure, untreated water and avoid foods that are fatty, or contain preservatives.

Don't Let the Bed Bugs Bite!
To help yourself go to sleep, turn down all the lights 1-2 hours before you usually hit the bed.
