
To get used to bouncing a soccer ball off of your head, practice with a balloon.
I posted this before but I am posting it here again: To make a sports drink, mix i cup of orange juice with 1 cup of water. Add a pinch of salt.
Wet tennis balls? Just put them in your dryer and set it to tumble dry.
If you have new soccer cleets, wash them in water and stuff them with newspaper. Allow them to dry out. Do this after every game.
