I saw that a few times through the quest, it means one of the 8 quizzes was taken offline. Now that you've noted it it should be fixed soon.

Where I am in the AQ requires me to get a certain amount of points in the GM Madness game. Unlike other games though, my required amount of points has not decreased over time. Technical glitch or is there a reason for that?

It's correct (and was asked quite a few times). Check the FAQ, fourth entry smile

*slightly puzzled at why it's only now that someone finds out the daily score reduction was never put on this game when it should have been...*

*fixes it*

Once again I am at a point in Chapter 12 where the requirement has not decreased nor is there an option to "back out". Is this also a "bug" that should be corrected?

It's not a bug, that requirement is low enough that it should be doable without a reduction (use your favorite category).

I've added a back-out option so you can do something else while you wait for the right topic to show up.

I have been stuck on Chapter 2 for days because I just can't seem to answer enough questions within the allotted time span. And this one doesn't seem to be going down. It is quite frustrating.

After 4 days I finally did what I had to do to advance. I think the key to the Ascension Quest is perseverance.

We've had two more:, merylfederman and reedy, in recent times that nobody pointed out yet. It's like a bonanza compared to the last few months.

I'm at the point where I need to write a quiz "in the Technology and Computers category or any of its subcategories". I just had one accepted in the Microsoft Excel category but I'm still showing as not having met the requirement. Is this the part where she may not be satisfied with my first quiz and I may have to try again? If so, will it tell me that? Or is it possible that I'm too deeply buried in the subcategories for the quiz to notice? (Technology and Computers -> Computers -> Software and Programming -> Microsoft Excel) Or does it need to be online for a certain period of time?

It does not need to on-line for a certain period of time. Also, it doesn't matter how deep into a sub-category a quiz is. In the rare instance that it does matter, then the instructions will state that. Additionally, I believe the "may not satisfied" part only applies to Chapter 9 whereas you are currently on Chapter 3.

I'm on a phone, my only source for the internet and i'm currently on one that says I have to complete an easy game in 25 seconds. There is no way that's possible on a phone unless I do not read the questions or answers and just guess randomly and hope I get 975 points.

Is there a way after a few days that could be upped to 30 seconds (which is more of a possibility) for those of us on phones?

Clicking and loading takes a couple seconds, then I have to zoom in, and unless I randomly guess there's just no way I can do it in 25 seconds.

If you do not get the required score within 24 hours, then the score needed will decrease. That's not true for everything, but it is true from lots of things. It may or may not be true for this; you just need to wait.

If the task does not get easier, as I recall, that is a sign that you are not on the right path, and should go back and try another tack.

Nammage, the one you are currently on has a score decrease built in. You should see it get a bit easier every day. If it doesn't do that for you, you either see a cached page or you've navigated to a different location and thus reset the countdown.

So I guess the question is, what am I doing wrong since it says I still haven't met the requirement even though my quiz "Microsoft Excel Shortcuts" went online over 24 hours ago? Should I try going back and asking for a different task?

If the quiz was going to be acceptable or not you should have been told so as soon as you set up the template. Did you submit that quiz before you got to the princess? If so, that's the problem. The clock doesn't start ticking until you accept the challenge.

Or you may have used an old template? It may be necessary to set up the template after getting the assignment.

Actually, everything was done correctly, but the editor who put the quiz online used the opportunity to make a new subcategory for Excel. The game didn't know about this, however, so it didn't recognize the quiz.

I've advanced you manually - there was nothing important in the completion message of the previous stage.

Hello. I have a question about the game.
I am at Chapter 4, Exploration Stage, the Stonecrafter. The game asks me to score 1350 points in the Word Wizard game. I played it and scored 1347. I want to ask you: How long are past attempts in a game archived in the system's memory? Since I usually do not score that well in this game, I don't want to get stuck for days and days and it's unlikely for me to get a better score, I consider not playing until I discover how much the score is lowered. Can I keep playing and have my scores kept in the game's memory, even after they disappear from the screen?
Thanks,
DeepHistory.
