1. Hebei is a very urbanized province, including many populous cities. Which of the following cities is not located in Hebei?

Answer: Yangquan

Yangquan is located in Shanxi Province, just West of Hebei. Cangzhou is a city famous for two things: one is its sculpture in iron of a lion (famous for its size and artistry) and the other is Wuqiao, a site famous for its acrobats.
2. There are many fun places to visit in Hebei. Which of the following attraction is not located in Hebei?

Answer: Niangziguan Falls

The Niangziguan Falls are located in Shanxi, very close to the Hebei border. Shanhaiguan and Beidaihe are both in Qinhuangdao, while Mount Cangyan, Hebei's most famous mountain, is near Shijiazhuang.
3. Which Hebei city was destroyed by a deadly earthquake in 1976?

Answer: Tangshan

The official number of victims was 240 000, but is is suspected that it killed three times as many people. Tangshan has been rebuilt and is now a beautiful city.

Qian Hong was native of Baoding. There is now a Qian Hong swimming school in Baoding.
