Voight played Roosevelt in "Pearl Harbor". The other three were all FDR in TV movies: Robards in "F.D.R.: The Last Year" (1980), Herrmann in "Eleanor and Franklin: The White House Years" (1977), and Plummer in "Winchell" (1998).
