1. What is the name of the hedgehog Queen?

Answer: Spindle

Her husband was King Brushen, and their son was Tumble. She was sadly murdered by Gleaner. Gleaner didn't mean to kill the Queen, it was really Aspen. Aspen gave Gleaner a "remedy" that was supposed to make the Queen better.
2. Padra the otter has a wife, a son, and a daughter. The son's name is Tide, but what are the names of his wife and daughter?

Answer: Arran and Swanfeather

Arran gave birth to twins, Swanfeather and Tide. Swanfeather's name was going to be Swan, but, as Padra said, "She's not a swan." Swanfeather takes after her father; she is silly and fun.
3. Where does the otter Tay live?

Answer: The castle

Tay is a stern, dignified historian. She believed that Husk was right, so she sided with him. Her apprentice is Whittle.
4. In the beginning of "Urchin of the Riding Stars", who is Crackle's best friend?
