Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. Which God did the soldiers from the Scattering worship?

Answer: Dur

Dur was a shortened form of the name Guldur, which was another name for the God-Emperor Leto Atreides II. A prisoner taken captive by Miles Teg on Gammu prayed to Dur to shower his captors with jewels if they released him.
2. What was the name of Stiros' nephew?

Answer: Krutansik

Like his uncle Stiros, Krutansik was a member of the Rakian Priesthood and was one of the Rakian priests that knew that a face dancer impersonated Hedley Tuek after his death.
3. Where had Miles Teg halted a revolt?

Answer: Cerbol

Miles Teg, not at that point Supreme Bashar but a Bashar of formidable reputation, had stood in front of the revolters on the fields of Cerbol. The revolters, some of which had once sworn their loyalty to Teg, could not strike him down, and layed down their weapons.
4. What did Master of Masters Waff call Sheeana?

Answer: Alyama

Waff's calling Sheeana Alyama - meaning Blessed One - provided Darwi Odrade an insight into the religion - the Great Belief - of the Tleilaxu.
5. At which planet did Miles Teg command a battle against an army perverted by Face Dancers?

Answer: Arbelough

Arbelough and the more bloodless Battle of Markon - where the enemy forces surrendered once they learned they were facing Miles Teg - were two of the campaigns led by Miles Teg that Duncan Idaho questioned the Bashar about at the no-globe on Gammu.
6. What was the name of a Night Proctor Taraza knew during her childhood with the Bene Gesserit?

Answer: Baram

Baram was a failed Reverend Mother who had not been allowed to face the Spice Agony because of a fatal defect that was manifested physically by periodic nerve tremors.
7. What was the name of the senior priest at Dar-es-Balat?

Answer: Albertus

Albertus was one member of the Rakian Priesthood who knew that the High Priest Hedley Tuek had been replaced by a Bene Tleilax Face Dancer.
8. What former site on Geidi Prime had the Bene Gesserit Keep replaced?

Answer: Forest Guard Station

The Forest Guard Station had incorporatted a Harkonnen hunting lodge which housed those who were about to hunt down human prey, raised specifically to serve as game.
9. What was not the name of an artificially produced wood?

Answer: Pilingitam

In the days of the Harkonnens of Geidi Prime the area around the then Forest Guard Station that became the Gammu Keep was forested with Pilingitam.
10. What was Burzmali's pseudonym while disguised as a field worker?

Answer: Skar

Lucilla, while travelling with Burzmali, was given the pseudonym Pira by the Honored Matre killer Sirafa, while Burzmali was supposed to be a client called Skar.
11. What was the name of the Gammu type who tortured Miles Teg on Gammu?

Answer: Yar

Miles Teg thought Yar's name had a Tleilaxu ring to it but the torturer was too tall to be a Master and lacked the telltale characteristics of a Face Dancer.
12. What was the name of the Bene Gesserit acolyte who tried to glean information from Teg when he was a child?

Answer: Carlana

Teg's learning of Bene Gesserit ways from his mother Janet Roxbrough allowed him to recognise the acolyte's pattern and he fed her false information that was useless.
13. What was Duncan Idaho's pseudonym when disguised as a Tleilaxu Master on Gammu?

Answer: Wose

Duncan Idaho was supposed to be escorted safely by a man dressed as a Face Dancer - called Ambitorm - but the pair were ambushed by Honored Matres.
14. What did Ambitorm tell Duncan Idaho to call him?

Answer: Tormsa

Tormsa gave his name as Ambitorm to the people who were allied with Burzmali on Gammu, and it was probable that neither name was actually his own.
15. Where had the people who concealed Miles Teg on the route to Ysai served with him previously?

Answer: Renditai

The Battle of Renditai had been a minor skirmish from Bashar Miles Teg's perspective but the Bashar was well remembered by those who had served with him there. Also present on Gammu were soldiers from a battle at Acline.
