The most famous of her twenty-three published books include "The Tale of Peter Rabbit," "The Tale of Jemima Puddle-Duck," and "The Tale of the Flopsy Bunnies."

Ewan McGregor played Norman Warne, the man who published Beatrix Potter's very first book. He was also engaged to Beatrix, but died before they could marry. She was unable to attend his funeral as no one knew of their engagement.
