Mister Splashy Pants is a special humpback whale who has been tagged to be tracked for research. The project is called the Great Whale Trail Expedition designed to help bring light to whale hunting. Green Peace is the main group behind the Mister Splashy Pants movement and is trying to bring an end to whale hunting in the world.
