Michael's credits include the following: "Bonanza" (1959), "Little House on the Prairie" (1974) and "Highway to Heaven" (1984). All three of these showed ran at least five years and were succesful hits. In addition, he was writer, director, executive producer, producer and actor in various episodes of "Little House" and "Highway" TV series. Eugene Maurice Orowitz was born on October 31, 1936, in Forest Hills, Queens, New York. Sadly, Mike died July 1, 1991 of pancreatic cancer.
2. Which of these was a game show host of "Family Feud" in 1988?

Answer: Ray Combs

His credits include: "The Facts of Life" (1985) "Amen" (1986) "Overboard" (1987), and "Family Feud" (1988). Ray was born on April 3, 1956 in Hamilton, Ohio. Sadly, he commited suicide on his wife's birthday, June 2, 1996, leaving behind six children.

He also did "The Muppet Show" from 1976 to 1980 and The Muppet Movie (1979). Henson was born on September 24, 1936 in Greenville, Mississippi. He died on May 16, 1990.

Peter was game host during the 1983-1986 seasons. He was born on December 7, 1942 in Olean, New York. Sadly, he was killed on March 13, 2006 when his private airplane crashed. His second wife, Kathleen also died. For your information: Ray Combs was host on "Family Feud", Bert Convy was game host of "Win, Lose and Draw" and others. And Allen Ludden was game host of "Password".

Norman Rambo was born on November 13, 1941 in California. Rambo was on the TV series "Dallas" (1978) and "Dirty Sally" (1973) and guest starred on various TV series including: "Murder, She Wrote" (1984), "Highway to Heaven" (1984), "Hotel" (1983), "Fantasy Island" (1978).

He was diagnosed as HIV positive in 1991 and campaigned for AIDS awareness. He died March 21, 1994; he was 52. Dack Rambo had an identical twin brother, Dirk, who died in a car accident in 1967.
