What is the world's longest song title?

    Question #103641. Asked by morge22. (Mar 08 09 2:37 AM)

Swedish group Rednex are the proud owners of the world's longest song title.

At 52 words and 305 characters, (including spaces) here it is:

The Sad But True Story Of Ray Mingus, The Lumberjack Of Bulk Rock City, And His Never Slacking Stribe In Exploiting The So Far Undiscovered Areas Of The Intention To Bodily Intercourse From The Opposite Species Of His Kind, During Intake Of All The Mental Condition That Could Be Derived From Fermentation

I will offer Christine Lavin's "Regretting What I Said...(A Musical Apology)".

This song is called "Regretting what I said to you when you called me at 11:00 on Friday morning to tell me that 1:00 Friday afternoon you were gonna leave your office, go downstairs, hail a cab, to go out to the airport, to catch a plane, to go skiing in the Alps for two weeks. Not that I wanted to go with you; I wasn't able to leave town, I'm not a very good skier, I couldn't expect you to pay my way, but after going out with you for three years, I don't like surprises. And it's subtitled "A Musical Apology."

In this song, I attempt to take back everything I said while standing in a phone booth at the corner of 49th and 3rd.

Where was the worlds longest traffic jam and how far did it tail back?

I'm looking for the name of a TV mini series movie/show. We had rented them from the video store. It's about a boy who is traveling to different worlds looking for pieces of a machine to get him back home (I think.) He is gathering something along his way. He travels to different worlds with a "professor" and maybe another person. Along the way he visits 5-8 different worlds (each was a different movie.) They were all entitled "Somebody and the Land of ???" One world had to do with giant eggs, one world a town of toys, and the end was a land something like a fantasy "Camelot." My children watched these movies anywhere from 1988 - 1993. I'm hoping someone can help me end my frazzled search.

There is actually a movie with the title "Can Hieronymus Merkin Ever Forget Mercy Humppe and Find True Happiness?" I'm wondering if this is the longest movie title ever, and furthermore, who in the world wrote the screenplay?
