A mouse is a small rodent, and mice is the plural form of mouse.

However, if you are talking about the computer mouse, it is the clicker that controls the cursor, and the plural can be both mice and mouses. In fact, it was mouses, but because of the rodent, mice became an acceptable plural term of the mouse devices, another plural form of the word.
