I'm going to answer this one myself. We were watching the 2009 movie "Surrogates" which made us wonder if he had recently had plastic surgery. Towards the end of the movie answer became apparent. Bruce Willis just says “no” to cosmetic surgery. The Die Hard star has revealed that he is not a fan of cosmetic surgery and will never resort to going under the knife to maintain a youthful appearance. "Cosmetic stuff, I am not a fan of it and I know a lot of people are.
