How many flights did Wilbur and Orville Wright actually fly together on the same plane at the same time?

Somewhat surprisingly, it was just the once.

May 25, 1910, Orville and Wilbur flew together for six minutes near Dayton, Ohio. Orville was the pilot and afterwards, took his father (Milton) for his only flight.

Seems Milton Wright asked his sons not to fly together, so concerned was he that in the event of a crash, he'd lose both boys.
