Alex speaks far more Russian words than four in the film. His language is called Nadsat which is Russian for "teen."

Here are the first four Russian words Alex says in the script:

First lines of film:
Droogs (friends)
korova (cow)
rassoodock (mind)

A few lines later while talking about another gang:
devotchka (young woman)
