ODI is One Day International Cricket, a form of the game where each side bats for 50 overs and each bowler is restricted to delivering a maximum of 10 six-ball overs. In theory, each side faces 300 balls, though extras like wides and no-balls usually inflate that number. On the other hand, a side can be bowled out with a smaller number of balls, if they lose 10 wickets. The winner is the side with more runs.

At present, the lowest-ever score (a record no team wants) is just 35. This score was produced by Zimbabwe in 2004 in a match against Sri Lanka held in Harare (Zim.) Sri Lanka won by 9 wickets (with 244 balls remaining.)

The USA equaled that total of 35 in 2020 when they took on Nepal in Kirtipur (Nep.). Nepal won by 8 wickets (with 268 balls remaining.)
