Daniel, Chapter 4 Verse 37, meets this requirement. However, it does depend on which version of the Bible is used as a source. The Authorised (King James) Version commences this verse with the words: "Now I Nebuchadnezzar praise and extol," whereas the Good News Bible has the variant, "And now I Nebuchadnezzar praise honour and glorify," which of course does not use the letter x.

Daniel 4:37
"Now I Nebuchadnezzar praise and extol and honour the King of heaven, all whose works are truth and his ways judgement : and those that walk in pride he is able to abase."

Haggai 1 Verse 1 in the King James version meets this requirement.
"In the second year of Darius the king, in the sixth month, in the first day of the month, came the word of the Lord by Haggai the prophet unto Zerubbabel the son of Shealtiel, governor of Judah, and to Joshua the son of Josedech, the hight priest, saying;"
And Ezra 7 Verse 21 has all letters except J.
