The poster reads:

Aux Buttes Chaumont
Jouets
et objects pour etrennes

It is an 1890's advertisement for the now defunct department store Aux Buttes Chaumont.

The top of the poster prominently features the name of the store "Aux Buttes Chaumont." The rest of the poster reads, in french: "Toys and items for New Years gifts."
