How many times has the song 'Walk On By' been released by different artists?

"Walk On By" has charted un the UK by five different artists:
Leroy Van Dyke (#5, Jan '62)
Dionne Warwick (#9, Apr '64)
Stranglers (#21, Aug '78)
Sybil (#6, Jan '90)
Gabrielle (#7, Feb '97)

Interestingly the Leroy Van Dyke hit is a completely different song from the more well-known Dionne Warwick number. I'm not familiar with the other versions....

There are a large number of songs called "Walk On By" including different songs performed by Gareth Gates, Britney Spears, Fat Joe and Cake (no, I've not heard those last two either).
The Bacharach-David standard has been recorded by various artists in addition to the most famous version by Dionne Warwick and the well-known Gabrielle cover.
All mentioned by AJDale, except for the Leroy Van Dyke one were versions of that. Further down in the UK charts was The Average White Band (#46, Apr 79).
A quick Google will reveal that others such as Melanie Thorne and Aretha Franklin have had versions that may have bothered US or other charts but not the UK's.
