How about "flasks"? Or can we only use each letter once?

I would have to say hides.

Nope, all wrong!
Here's a clue...the word is 10 letters long.

That's it!
SHAKALSHAS (10 letters) is the longest word which can be typed using only the middle row of letters on the keyboard. Others include HAGGADAHS, FLAGFALLS, HADASSAHS, GALAGALA, GALAHADS, HASKALAH, and ALFALFAS.

!!!???
SKYSMOM65 put up a repeat question???
I'm open-mouthed, slack-jawed, "terrified, petrified, mortified, stupified by you." And the answers aren't all strictly English.

My bad! I can only defend myself by suggesting it must be because I worded the question differently than Peasy (What is the longest word you can type using only the middle row (home row) of the keyboard?)...that I didn't realize it was a repeat.
Please forgive me while I crawl off to hide under a rock!

Shoot. Shakalshas was my next guess, too. (not really)

OK, you can come out from under your rock now. WAM's sent me to the corner for a time-out. There's nothing as diverting as digression, or as digressing as diversion. :-)
More seriously, I've often been unable to find a question in the database I know is there. You have to be pretty close to the actual wording on some of them.
"Do you charge a flagfall for each call?
This is an important question because if a flagfall or call connection fee is charged for each call, this can add significantly to your total call costs. Some mobile phone companies charge a flagfall, the cost of which can vary, while others don't. It is important to factor in this additional cost to ensure you are fully aware of the cost of calls."

Hadassahs and Joes disputed the flagfalls incurred while discussing the gala galas they were hosting for the Galahads and Shakalshas. The theme was how the Haskalah affected Zionism, and refreshments included alfalfas and flasks.
Back to my corner now.

I didn't intend to elicit a bunch of "mea culpas," only to indicate that I hadn't found the answer entirely on my own. I knew it was floating around out there, somewhere in the past life of the AFT universe, so I went looking for it.
