"Talga Vassternich" is from "Naked Empire," the eighth book in Terry Goodkind's "The Sword of Truth" fantasy series. In each book in the series, a new Wizard's Rule is introduced, and "Talga Vassternich" is the eighth rule. It means "Deserve victory," and is translated from High D'Haran, a literary fictional language.
