The longest and shortest Beatles songs do not appear on the same studio album.
The longest Beatles song is 'Revolution 9' which clocks in at 8 minutes 15 seconds, and can be found on the White Album which hit the stores on November 22 1968.

Shortest song is 'Her Majesty', see:

'I Want You (She's So Heavy)' is the second-longest Beatles track. Both this and 'Her Majesty' are on the 'Abbey Road' album, released on 26 September 1969 in the United Kingdom and 1 October 1969 in the United States.
'I Want You (She's So Heavy)' is a combination of two somewhat different recording attempts. The first attempt occurred almost immediately after the 'Get Back/Let It Be' sessions in February 1969 and featuring Billy Preston on keyboards. This was subsequently combined with a second version made during the 'Abbey Road' sessions proper, and when edited together ran nearly 8 minutes long, making it The Beatles' second-longest released song ('Revolution 9' being the longest).

Ooops, seems I goofed, the shortest and longest songs, as per McGruff's correct response, in fact appear on 2 separate albums by The Beatles!
