Have to agree with Aussiedrongo- no chance at all of winning the Ashes!

5-0 of course (he could be correct with the scoreline, although the order might be slightly different to the one he'd predict)

Well, having watched the Aussie 'Squad' perform over the last few weeks, the Good News is they might be able to beat my local pub team.

The Bad News? I'm almost certainly wrong!

:)

Why can't we go back to picking players based on current form rather than potential form? Potential form won't win us games now.

And Clarke needs to be dropped as captain.

As I've mentioned before, part of the problem Australian cricket has faced in the 2010s is the rise of 20/20 cricket.

With big bucks in IPL etc, the young batters haven't developed their techniques for REAL cricket(Tests/4 days).

Warner is a prime example.

'Boof' Lehmann's appointment as coach is a step in the right direction.

Darren Lehmann has presented Shane Watson with some required reading.

It's a book called "DRS for Dummies!".

I THINK SHANE WATSON IS THE VISE-CAPTAIN

We (Australia) certainly copped a pasting in England, as predicted by just about everybody - including the Australian players, I suspect!

Fantastic, then, that the reverse series currently under way in Australia has NOT gone as predicted, and the Aussies are actually 2-0 up after the first two Tests. Now it's England who look rattled, and the 3rd Test in Perth won't help their mental state. Don't you love Test Cricket? It brings the best out in the great players of both sides.
