I've never had a blog before. So, here goes nothing.

I'll talk about everything, especially when I'm bored. Food, games, movies, music, what I'm doing, etc. I don't have Facebook or Twitter, either, so this is my everything now. :D

Also, feel free to ask me questions, join in my discussions, etc. It's a free-for-all.... And I'd really like other people's input on some topics.

Salami, why didn't you cook the burgers on BBQ? They taste much better when BBQ'd and you are outside. Hmmm, I get it. You are screwing up on purpose. Did it work? ;-D

No, I wanted to make butter burgers. So I cooked them in butter. The burgers turned out tasty. The bottom buns were great. The top buns were gross. :( I did it wrong. :P I know what to do next time, though.

Oh, and I burned the butter on the top buns, too, so it was greasy globby burned butter.

And it was a blizzard outside at the time. Wind blowing the thick snow directly towards our patio where the grill is. Ain't no way I was gonna grill.

Usually, I cook them on the grill outside. I wanted to try something new and different. I will be using the grill from now on.... Obviously, much better. ;)

I was thinking What sort of person BBQs in subzero temperatures?
A Texan, obviously. :D
It's so windy here that you'd have to lash the food to the grill to stop it blowing away, and then eat it very quickly to avoid it freezing.
The best cooks experiment and are never quite satisfied, and do a lot of tasting. I always feel that I cook meat badly because I won't taste it, although I've not had any complaints.

Don't rub it in, RJ. ;) still miserable weather here to start spring.

Yes, Jabber, the wind is terrible for me as well. It created very odd snowdrifts however that defied gravity (and posed potential danger as falling masses of thick, heavy, wet, dense snow). Oh joyous of spring beginnings.

The weather's great. Lots of sunny weather. A dreary cloudy day with sprinkling every now and then, but mostly sunny weather. And I'm always inside...

The cooking? It took a while to affect me if that's the case. lol.

It must be the advance warning of Zombie apocalypse. Quick, everyone, look to your left!

In other news...

Just got back from Urgent Care. Terrible chest pains that made it hard to breathe. Turns out it was just severe acid reflux in the lower esophagus. Blech. I feel so crumby.
