Is there a way that I can directly gain either 5, 15, or 25 points? I need to match my Twin Challenge partner whose point total ends with a 0 so far. My point total ends with a 5 so far.

Play a Mixed Game in any category/subcategory (but make sure it's not one of the day's Duels, or it will count as one), and use the timer until it reaches 6 or one of its multiples. If you need only one point, wait until the timer reaches 6 (7 or 5 will also do); if you need two, click on the answer at 12, and so on. In order to do that, you should choose topics you are reasonably familiar with (I generally use Geography), so that you will be able to choose the right answer right away. When you have accumulated enough points this way, choose the wrong answers for all remaining questions. Though this might sound daunting, it isn't :-). All it needs is a bit of practice. Reply #1.
