I know what it's like to fight this battle. You can beat it. It may sound strange, but when I was fighting my battle I could feel the good will, thoughts and prayers that were coming way. You feel it to, it will help you get better. Also, as much as possible make your surroundings pleasant. Have the books, cds, etc that you like handy, and do the things that you enjoy the most as much as it is possible to do. Live in the moment, and get your strength and will back a little at a time.
