Subject: Favorite Fast Food

What is your favorite fast food place to eat. Mine would be Hardees for burgers. Wendy's and Culvers would be a close second. My favorite place is Arby's. The nearest Arby's to me is about 40 miles away in Tomah, Wisconsin. I have driven there 3 times just to have Arby's. Everytime I go to the Mall of America or go to a Brewer game, I always make sure I stop at an Arby's.

When I lived in the Midwest, I made the occasional late-night run to Steak N Shake. As I recall, they had nice steak burgers (as opposed to hamburgers) and thick chocolate shakes.

As the tummy ages, I tend more toward bananas at the midnight hour. :)

Either Wendy's, Checkers, or Subway. If I had to choose one it would probably be Subway for their $5 spicey Italian footlongg on weat bread. Yumm Yumm!

i really dont eat a lot of fast food since Im now in my 40s BUT when I did I loved White Castle. Since they dont have them where I live now if I get fast food I tend to gravitate towards either Wendys or Dairy Queen.

I wish we had a DQ here but oh well....

Our favorite fast food has to be the Western Bacon Cheeseburger from Burger King...hickory sauce, an onion ring and charbroiled beef. yum

I seldom eat fast food - only when there's no other choice, and even then I'll go for the healthiest thing on the limited menu. I'm not a big fan of grease and transfats!

I never go for the healthiest choice on the menu. The last time I had Arby's I had a large Beef n' Cheddar combo with curly fries and a coke. I also had another medium Beef n' Cheddar sandwich to go with it. Including the pop I calculated it was about 2,100 calories with the pop. That is a whole days worth of calories, but I didn't care. I love Arby's.

When you go to a fast food joint, the "healthiest" items, aren't that healthy. A survey showed at McDonalds the salad was just as bad, if not worse, than the burger.

I, personally, like Taco Bell the best. I don't know why, I just can't get enough of those double deckers. So delicious!

Arby's would be a close second... But we hardly ever go there, so much more expensive, and we always forget we have on in town (granted, on the other side of town, where all the gangs live and shoot people regardless of hours, hard to go there). ;-) Anyway, I also love Subway, Spicy Italian all the way! Wendy's is ok, DQ is only good for their ice cream, Culver's is ok, but I like the ice cream best, especially their mango cooler, by the way, to die for... I'm not too fond of the burger places... KFC is great too, by the way. I like all fast food, as long as it is not good for you, I probably like it. ;-)

I was excited for Arby's, as one just opened here (all the previous ones in town closed down too long ago for me to remember), and the only times I'd ever had it was once in Florida (also too long ago to remember) and once in Kingston when my friends and I were there to visit another friend who was going to school there. That time I only had curly fries, so didn't know how I felt about the rest of the food. I'm not a big roast beef person, but some of the chicken items on the Arby's menu looked good. I was kind of disappointed though. I had a Swiss Chicken sandwich and it was fine, but not that great, especially for the price. I do like those curly fries though so I'm sure I'll go back there..

It's got to be Fish & Chips with a nice piece of Rock Salmon, a nice pickled Egg and a "Wally"

We have a local restaurant in town that makes the best fries around in my opinion. Unfotunately, their prices are a bit too much for frequent enjoyment!

I like Wendy's and Dairy Queen but the closet DQ is 30-40 km away. When I travel in the US, I have to stop at any Cracker Barrel.
