I've posted quite a few over the last couple of weeks, and still have one in the queue. I'm trying to do as many as possible, sparked by things I see, do, or read. Reply #1. May 25 11, 1:13 PM |

Not a problem- I'm not being critical of those who are frequent contributors. I'm just eager to see more from those who've pushed away from the single-qs (myself included). :) Reply #2. May 25 11, 1:20 PM |

I had pushed away from them myself, and was brought back by discussions on how obscure they should be. I've written more in the last week than in the last six months. Reply #3. May 25 11, 1:58 PM |

My personal goal is to write some in Entertainment-based categories which don't regard specific, obscure details of episodes (what colour was Joey's shirt on this episode of 'Friends', etc.). I initially set out to do that with Video Games questions, but I feel I can branch out a bit. Reply #4. May 25 11, 2:04 PM |

I submitted one a couple of days ago. Usually when something comes to me, I submit one. And as I write this, I just got an idea for 2 more questions. Reply #5. May 25 11, 2:13 PM |

I definitely moved away from submitting them, considering how previously I'd had the max in the queue at all times for awhile, but I've like five over the last month! lol It's getting hard to think of things that are relatively interesting AND not too hard. Reply #6. May 25 11, 3:21 PM |

The thing about like TV and Movie questions though is that even if it's not a super specific detail, if you haven't seen the show/movie, it's obscure to you. Or if not obscure, then not interesting. Reply #7. May 25 11, 3:23 PM |

I hit my 50th question a while ago, and slowed down the submissions at that point. But with the long-term 50 question quest badge, I'm only sitting at 14. So, I've recently started resubmitting questions -- starting with Animals and doing one per category... after which I'll do the same thing. Reply #8. May 25 11, 3:43 PM |

I didn't mean to make you sound mean, my question wasn't ready to go online. Reply #14. May 25 11, 4:55 PM |

I know you didn't. I just liked the bluntness of how you said it. No harm done. :D Reply #15. May 25 11, 4:59 PM |

Is there a Video Games category yet? I haven't submitted any questions for ages, so I haven't been around that part of the site lately. Reply #18. May 25 11, 5:13 PM |

I did submit one. The second one it thought I was doing some server attack, and I got temp blocked from the site after trying, and failing, to alter it. So, perhaps I will just have to keep that question for another time. Reply #19. May 25 11, 5:13 PM |

Nope. Video Games are not a part of any of the dailies/hourlies unless you come across them in Obscurity (very, very rarely). We take very basic questions in Entertainment. I've been asking for a VG category or two in 'Who's the Expert' for a while (or Global Challenge) but we haven't had any for many years. Reply #20. May 25 11, 5:14 PM |
