What? This is unprecedented! Two challenges in one day?!
Believe it.
To cap off our second anniversary month in the Lounge, I hate to say it, but we're going Gaga. Love her or hate her, she's big right now and her song titles make for good quizzes (or so I believe). You may write on whatever topic you want provided the title is a good fit and you may write more than one provided you don't have a title in progress for this challenge. Oh, and you can't write about Gaga or her songs or albums. She's off-limits.
If you wish to write using a song title not listed, please post and we'll see if it works!
PS- The reason 'Bad Romance' isn't listed is because it's already out there somewhere for the FT Setlist. ;)

There's some nice potential there! I'm not going to claim one until I get at least one of the three currently underway done. Delurking just to point out to Salami that "Scheibe" means "slice" in German. :P The character you're trying to reproduce with "b" can be written as "ss", which of course gives a word that doesn't belong anywhere on this site! Reply #7. Jul 29 11, 11:58 AM |

Salami, the point is that the song is not called "Scheibe" - instead of a "b", it's an eszett (ß), so it's a completely different word. :) People commonly substitute the eszett for a "b" (understandably, I guess) but the German in me must correct it. Sorry if I seem like a jerk about it! I should think about some of these titles as I need to get back into writing quizzes and I've been lurking in the Lounge for at least a year now, haha.
