From what I've read in various "entertainment" magazines, they kill off Charlie Harper and Ashton Kutcher's character takes over as landlord of the beach house. I thought the show was heading downhill in the past couple of seasons it just resorts to the same types of jokes over and over again. I must admit I'm curious to see how the dynamic of the show will change. Apparently Charlie Sheen is getting roasted on Comedy Central and that's going to air on the same night and time as the premiere of "Two and a Half Men". Thanks for the heads-up, Jjdoitt! I'd be disappointed if I missed the 'pilot' for this revamped sitcom. It could possibly work, as long as the writing is still top notch. The rest of the original cast members have the necessary on-screen chemistry to pull it off. Guess we'll just have to see what (if anything) Mr. Kutcher brings to the table. Reply #10. I missed the premiere watching "Dancing with the Stars", will have to remember to see next week as I learned here there's a second part to the premiere. I don't think it will be the same without Charlie, hoping good things for him, watched his roast, and he was very gracious at the Emmy's, wishing the cast of "Two and a Half Men" the best.
