Subject: Dating George Clooney

Posted by: daymare
Date: Sep 12 11

Well, George has another 'new' girlfriend.

Frankly, if I were available, I wouldn't date him. All the benefits with no commitment.

I understand he is a 'name'. Yet, isn't the purpose of dating to discover a life-mate? Or is it to try to get with as many women/men as you can in order to look like a 'person about town'?

What's your perspective? Would you date him knowing that it won't lead anywhere except breaking up?

I am not attracted to George Clooney so I would not date him, but he seems like a good and funny fella. Clooney has been married before, by the way. Maybe he is still looking for 'the one'.

Perhaps his first marriage is the reason there hasn't been a second one.

If he is looking for the 'one', he needs to make it clear from the beginning of the relationship.

Nice looking guy, but I wouldn't want him. I would not like to be one in a long line of his women. He is unable to commit.

That's a brilliant selection of photographs. In every single one, he looks as though he wants to tell the camera that he isn't really there. The most detached of all is the one with his wife, and she really isn't looking very happy at all.

He was fun when Jacquie38 let me borrow him on Tuesdays, but he's starting to show signs of wear now. The twinkle is looking a little ragged round the edges. Tine I think for me to move on and find a shinier, younger model. Suddenly Mr Clooney has lost his appeal.

I'm not looking for a life mate so he'll do for me, especially as Lesley no longer wants him on Tuesdays!

Can I have him on Wednesday's then? I don't want this commitment thing either :) Just the middle of the week, I'm not greedy

Fine with me. Help yourselves!

He wasn't ragged when I first got him.

Showing off? me?

Warning...it is only a commercial. I wish George wouldn't do this kind of stuff. It's teasing!

It is, and it's naughty - but fun. It needs to carry a warning:
"Don't try this at home. Getting blind drunk will not make you wake up married to a film star."

I don't know if it's rumor or truth, but I overheard celebrity news say George Clooney has said that he would never marry again.
Now it is clear to anyone he dates that the relationship will only go so far.

People can change their minds. They do so all the time.

We definitely wore him out Lesley!

Who shall we chew up and spit out next?

I have to say I'm finding Ryan Reynolds very attractive these days (although my husband said all his features have been pushed into the middle of his face).

Haha, that thing your Hubby said about Ryan Reynolds is pretty funny, and now that I think about it, it's kind of true. Ryan was voted Sexiest Man Alive by People Magazine this year, so that says something.

Who exactly is it that determines the 'Sexiest Man Alive'? At the risk of sounding conceited, I think I could give any man a run for his money at being given this title. I've supplied my picture at the left of screen and would like for you ladies to give me an honest appraisal. Would you choose me over George Clooney?

I know Ryan Reynolds very well! He's one of the bosses at the company I work for! LOL! XD

Jacquie, he's all yours. He's quite pretty but that's about it. There are no signs of life on his face. Even in beard and shackles, he still looks like he's slept with a face-pack on.

I'm still thinking about Robert Downey jr. There's someone who's lived! As long as he shaves. No moustaches or goatees PLEASE!

If I can't have him, I shall save up to pay Norman's air fare from Wollongong.

Aussidrongo, most women like a man who can make them laugh. I'm saying nothing more.

I'm saying nothing more too. Just saving... very... hard. Looking down back of sofa for loose change now.
