Quite strong, brew for quite a while, if it is leaves or decent bags, then no milk, if Earl Grey then a slice of lemon, small amount of milk and lightly sweetened if not the best varity of bags, boiling water is a must, and it does taste better if served out of a decent cup, the rest of the ritual is unnecessary, but this just makes it taste good. Lemon, sugar or honey, warm or cold. Spring and Summer are close, it is time to get out the tea maker again. Reply #5. Feb 04 09, 12:52 PM |

It depends on the tea: Ordinary English breakfast - skim milk and two level teaspoons of sugar; Earl Grey - lemon and sugar; All other teas - sugar only (and the amount depends on the sweetness or tartness of the blend). Reply #8. Feb 05 09, 7:53 PM |

I don't actually like tea. More of a coffee person. Apple tea when I was in Turkey was the only tea I've managed to drink. Reply #13. Feb 09 09, 5:17 PM |

I like Assam tea, fairly strong with milk. At one time I had 2 spoonfuls of sugar in every cup, but realised that it probably wasn't good for what's left of my teeth so gradually cut down then switched to sweetners. I also like some herbal teas as well as green tea & got a liking for cinnamon tea last year too. It doesn't hurt to try new things now and again. Reply #19. Feb 15 09, 5:05 PM |

For hot tea - I drink it straight - Earl Grey usually - brewed in a proper pot and drunk from a china tea cup For cold tea - a bit of sugar - real sugar Reply #20. Feb 15 09, 9:20 PM |
