Maybe not your stomach, but I can almost see your arteries clogging after a meal like the one you just described! Reply #1. Apr 11 09, 8:12 AM |

I'm not a fan of McDonalds. The french fries are good, but the rest I can do without. Reply #2. Apr 11 09, 8:45 AM |

That's how McDonalds makes money, they intentionally make the food less filling so you'd buy more. McDonald's is my least favorite fast food place but fast food in general doesn't fill me up. Reply #3. Apr 11 09, 9:00 AM |

With the money that you must spend at McD you could buy a nice bit of steak, at least then you would know what bit of the cow you were eating! Reply #4. Apr 11 09, 9:06 AM |

I think this generation of kids have definitely been raised on fast food. It is a shame and an expensive and wasteful shame at that. Reply #6. Apr 11 09, 11:14 AM |

MacDonalds here started advertising their nuggets as "now made from 100% chicken" - what were they before?! We tend not to eat there anyway, they are so utterly unfriendly environmentally with all the packaging waste they generate. Reply #7. Apr 11 09, 12:12 PM |

Anton: "That's how McDonalds makes money, they intentionally make the food less filling so you'd buy more. " Then why can't I eat a whole meal? -- Too funny. Maybe because McDonalds food is gutter leavings. Like I said before, even Ronald McDonald is a vegetarian - he won't touch those burgers either! Reply #9. Apr 11 09, 4:52 PM |

I never eat at McDonalds or any other 'fast food' outlet, especially since I heard about a nearby KFC being caught serving fried starling. Reply #11. Apr 11 09, 5:43 PM |

The scary bit about the term "100% real chicken" is, it can come from any bit of the chicken, feet, beak, tendons, cartiladge. If it comes from a chicken, it's chicken! Don't eat chicken nuggets people. And to think, most people turn there noses up at haggis(at least I know where that's from). Reply #12. Apr 12 09, 3:00 AM |

I frequent McDonalds occasionally, but always find myself hungry after about an hour. Much prefer a steak with all the trimmings. Reply #14. Apr 13 09, 4:25 PM |

I couldn't tell you the last time I ate at a fast food restaurant! To me, the convenience of fast food does not condone the quality of food offered. I would rather spend the money on a decent restaurant and wait a bit for proper preparation and food quality. Reply #15. Apr 15 09, 3:55 PM |
