It truly is possible. Some people are just that fast. Not me, however. Even when I know the answers, I cannot manage less than 20 seconds, and rarely manage less than 30. It's difficult to see a way to cheat effectively. There are several different sets each hour, and - at least for me - even if I had a list of the correct answers for a given game, I *still* could not click that fast LOL Reply #1. There is at least one player who had 10 right in 9 sec! It is possible, questions repeat and many players can answer having gleaned just the first word or two. I've noticed when a new question appears in an otherwise oft repeated question quiz scores by the top players slow. plenty more on speed etc. in the FT forums. Reply #2. Aug 12 12, 1:21 PM |

I'll just keep practising, I am faster using my mobile phone than my laptop I've noticed, so ill see what I can do... Thanks for the replies, practice makes perfect xxx Reply #3. Aug 12 12, 5:19 PM |

It is possible. You have to find out what is fast for you - I use a combo of keyboard and mouse. Others are better with doing things on the keyboard alone -- it just depends. Reply #4. Sep 02 12, 6:31 PM |

Yeah, I have no idea how people are so fast in this game. I mean I see some people with 10/10 correct in 9-11 seconds and I don't understand how they do it. Could you guys give me some tips on how to be faster? It would be greatly appreciated. Do you guys use tab or have some super fast reflexes or something? I'd really like to know, haha. Reply #5. Seeing the same questions over and over for years should help. Almost got an 18 sec game but the kittens lost their toys & I'd hit tab too soon to correct. Reply #6. Sep 08 12, 8:01 PM |

Just got 10/10 in 14 seconds. For me, it's a combination of seeing the same questions and reading fast. I was able to see the key words in each question and respond quickly. Reply #7. Sep 13 12, 3:38 PM |

I think the mobile phone is generally slower, because you have to manually scroll the page. I use only the keyboard. I only use the mouse to click the first answer, then tab and arrow key the rest of it. Familiarity of questions does indeed help, too. Some players recognize the answers after a time. I know of at least five players that I have personally seen with times under 10 seconds. I have seen only 2 under 9 seconds. But, as one of the five, I can assure you it is possible without cheating. I have been playing for YEARS, and it has only recently been an achievement of mine to get under 10 seconds. It takes a lot of practice. Don't give up; it took me years, but I finally managed under 20, then one day, I got under 15, I was ecstatic. Now, I can manage a rare under 10 second game. :) Practice, learn answers, learn from incorrect answers. Anyone can do it if they practice. :) Reply #8. Dec 27 12, 1:43 PM |

Oh. Labor, experience, skill! Is THAT the answer? I thought it might be put one hand on top of your head; hold your mouse upside down; down a shot first--you know. A trick. I'm down to under 30 regularly and many 10/10. That's achievement for me. But you seem to be saying if I just click my heels and say, "There's no place like the Easy Game", several times a day, I'll get down to under 20 someday. Deal. Reply #9. Jan 01 13, 4:22 PM |

I can get it down to about 20 secs on the subjects I like. I only use the mouse but think it is possibly best to use a combination of keyboard and mouse but I am not sure which keyboard arrows to use. Reply #10. Mar 15 13, 11:35 AM |

If there was a trick, then the lovely salami would have shared it with his team mates. But there isn't. I'm chuffed if I manage 10 questions under 50 seconds, and I never play the Easy game. :D I lack the equipment, dexterity and total commitment necessary to be speedy. Reply #11. Mar 15 13, 12:45 PM |

That's because they use a touch screen that brings all 10 questions up at the same time. I wondered about that about a year ago when people were coming up with 9 or 10 seconds for a quiz. Really hurts people still using a Mouse but then again that's progress I guess!! Reply #13. Mar 18 13, 4:44 PM |

Hmmm, I don't have a touch screen but the ten quiz questions are loaded simultaneously. Yours aren't? Reply #14. Mar 19 13, 5:37 PM |

No touch screen here either. Mine doesn't load all 10 questions at once either - have to scroll down to see the next ones. Reply #15. Mar 19 13, 7:16 PM |

Yes, Prison, I have to scroll as well but all ten questions are available at once. Not that I could read them at that magnification but they are all there. Reply #16. Mar 20 13, 2:54 PM |

I really don't think there's any trick (keys and tabs) or technology (Touch screens/full screens)or anything else being used to get those times. I can do 13 or 14 seconds using my mouse to click and then scroll down and I don't even play as many hourlies as some! With lots and lots of practice I reckon I could be down to 10 seconds in my favourite categories for sure, as at the moment I always seem to find a question or two that needs a couple of seconds thought. Everyone always assumes that others have some kind of advantage... it isn't always the case. Reply #18. Mar 20 13, 3:31 PM |

Morpheus: Wait, so you can see all 10 questions at once, or do you need to scroll down to see each one individually? hickorystick, I think if you really didn't care you wouldn't be posting in this thread. Reply #19. Mar 20 13, 5:34 PM |

I've had two sub 15 second quizzes and I really don't know how I can shave 5 seconds off that time (mouse and scroll). I thought there may have been a trick I didn't know, but if prison and Morpheus do it that way, I guess I just need to practice for awhile...like years... Until then, I'll try and beat my measly 14.53. Dangit. Reply #20. Mar 20 13, 9:06 PM |
