Ever notice that Jeff Goldblum says, "Must go faster" in both Jurassic Park and Independence Day? It makes me wonder in which other films he'll utter this same line.
Although this isn't a spoken quote, a very amusing scene in Jurassic Park was when the characters in the jeep are being chased by the t-rex, which is gaining on them. The camera focuses on the printing on a side mirror that reads, 'objects in mirror are closer than they appear'. This is the instance when we hear, "Must go faster."

Unfortunately my favorite movie quote is not appropriate for all audiences...
From the most recent movie I've seen I have one, though...when Marius is threatening to blow up the barricade in "Les Miserables". A French guard, climbing over the barricade says something along the lines of "Blow it up, and yourself with it." ...there's a pause, then Marius says "And myself with it." ...in the movie that line gave me literal chills...but perhaps it's one of those you-had-to-be-there moments :)
