Listening to talkback radio and the subject of 'movie quotes that have become a part of our everyday conversations' came on.
It got quite interesting as people phoned in their favourite,memorable or most-hated quotes.
Some of the ones I liked were:
'Show me the money'- Jerry McGuire/Tom Cruise
'My precious'- LOTR/ Gollum
'Do you feel lucky,punk?'/Magnum Force(?)Clint Eastwood
'Come to the dark side' Darth Vadar;
and one that Everybody said in the 80's...
'ET phone home'

When I was a postgrad tutor for my college, and students use to come with excuses and ask for extensions on essays and assignments, I used to use this excellent quote from Death in Ingmar Bergman's excellent film "The Seventh Seal" roughly translated from the Swedish, "You all say that, but I grant no reprieves" Reply #1.
