Subject: The 'Say Hello' Thread

To try and prevent multiple threads from new members introducing themselves I've decided we need a Welcome thread. If you are new to FT, please say 'Hello' in here.
Existing members please feel free to welcome the newbies but please do not post in here just to try and get a badge.



Please feel free to leave feedback for the site administrators. We will take all feedback into account as we tweak and add new features.
The old reply to thread function was removed because it got to the point where people weren't even reading the announcements and assuming, by default, that they were somehow being wronged or forgotten or insulted or abused or cheated out of something in some manner.

Welcome and please create quizes on American History. That is my specialty. I joined funtrivia because I could use those quizes in my classroom. I branched out, of course, so I could get points. Dang, it is sort of addictive. Points! Have fun with it. And submit a quiz yourself! YES! You know enough about SOMETHING to make a quiz about it. Good Lord there are endless possibilities. Yes, I realize I've only made two, but time is a factor for me. As a teacher of American History, a reader of fantasy fiction, a t.v. watcher, and a mother of boys I suppose I could write lots. I love it when I see the word NEW after one of my favorite topics. YES! Someone has written a new quiz!
