 Bledel, Alexis

Houston, TX. In Houston, Alexis acted in productions of "The Wizard of Oz" and "Our Town" before getting her big break from "Gilmore Girls".
Mexican and Argentinean. I was surprised to discover that she was Latino, she looks caucasian to me. Christina Aguilera, too.

And as far as I know, Hollywood is not making a movie of the Sharon Creech young adult novel, 'Bloomability'.
Kimberly Alexis Bledel. Alexis was born Kimberly Alexis Bledel, but when she began acting she changed it to Alexis Bledel.
September 16, 1981. Alexis's star sign is Virgo. She was born in Houston, TX and her parent's are Nanette and Martin. Her mother is from Mexico, and her father is from Argentina.
Her role as Rory on "Gilmore Girls". Alexis's big break was Rory on "Gilmore Girls." She landed this role on the spot. The show aired on television for the first time in 2000.
Tuck Everlasting. In the Disney film "Tuck Everlasting" (2002) Alexis played a teenage girl named Winnie. In the movie Winnie met a family, the Tucks. Winnie fell in love with one of the Tucks named Jesse. She then had to choose whether to become immortal like them or to continue with her own cycle of life.
Becky. In the 2005 film "Sin City" Alexis played a character named Becky who died at the end of the movie.
8 years old. When Alexis was 8 years old her parents encouraged to try out for parts in plays at local theatres such as "The Wizard of Oz" and "Aladdin."
