Bingo. Bingo was Dogbert's best friend, but he began to hate Dogbert because Dilbert chose Dogbert and not him.
The Garbage Man. He is considered the world's smartest garbage man, and he comes along to help Dilbert and Dogbert with difficult and complex problems.
Scott Adams. Scott Adams first created "Dilbert" as a doodle, then he began using his doodles for his presentations. It soon became a comic strip from there. The name "Dilbert" was created by of Scott's co-workers.
