Insufficient Light. Phil is the Prince of Insufficient Light, the ruler of Heck. He punishes you for minor infractions, sins that are not serious enough for Hell.
Asok. Asok is naive to the politics in the business world and treated badly because he's only an intern. Wally and Alice are engineers, and Tom is someone I just threw into the mix.
Bingo. Bingo was Dogbert's best friend, but he began to hate Dogbert because Dilbert chose Dogbert and not him.
The Garbage Man. He is considered the world's smartest garbage man, and he comes along to help Dilbert and Dogbert with difficult and complex problems.
Scott Adams. Scott Adams first created "Dilbert" as a doodle, then he began using his doodles for his presentations. It soon became a comic strip from there. The name "Dilbert" was created by of Scott's co-workers.
XP-39Cē. Ratbert began his run as a lab rat owned by a poor scientist who could only afford one. He escaped and found a home with Dilbert and Dogbert.
Phil, Prince of Insufficient Light. It was revealed that the two are in fact brothers. It's a toss-up as to which one is more evil.
