Froggy Apple Crumple Thumpkin. The Froggy Apple Crumple Thumpkin was an advanced dish because there were over 60 steps and the last step was to thumb wrestle the dish. Chowder had to wrestle the dish. He couldn't wrestle it and lost.
Reuben. Reuben is portrayed as a pig. He seems to have a crush on Endive, even going as far as to give her his phone number.
Gorgonzola. Gorgonzola is literally a mouse. He is a candle-holder's apprentice and is jealous of Chowder.
Kimchi. Kimchi is in the shape of a brown cloud. He loves stinky things.
Endive. Endive is a big orange lady with green hair. She hates boys because her boyfriend did not show up for their wedding day.
Panini. Panini is in love with Chowder. He always says "I'm not your boyfriend!" when she is near him.
Gazpacho. Gazpacho's best customer is Mung Daal. He lives with his mother, who controls everything he does.
Truffles. Truffles is a mushroom pixie. She is really mean to everyone for most of the series.
Schnitzel. Schnitzel is a rock monster. He is very strong and usualy does all of the heavy lifting.
Mung Daal. Mung Daal always is there to help Chowder. He has been cooking for over 300 years.
Chowder. Chowder wants to learn how to be a chef. The problem is that he eats all of the ingredients before they can be used.
purple. Chowder is purple, and is a breed animal similar to a cat. He is always very hungry and loves food.
"Radda". It's true, all you ever hear Schnitzel say is "Radda, Radda Radda Radda". "Radda" can mean anything and everything when Schnitzel says it. However, in one episode, Schnitzel starts to talk normal for a few sentences, but then he goes back to saying "Radda".

This club, as said by Mung, is where "a bunch of old hags get all fancied up, wear big fancy hats" Then he says that the ladies talk about lady things and complain about their husbands, but mostly they just complain about their husbands. In the end, Truffles ends up not getting into the club.

Panini. Panini (who is voiced by Liliana Mumy) thinks Chowder is her boyfriend, but whenever Chowder sees Panini he says "I'm not your boyfriend!" Whenever Panini sees Chowder, her eyes get big and sparkly and she says "Hi Chowder!" Then Chowder says, "I'm not your boyfriend!"
Mushroom Pixie. Truffles is a Mushroom Pixie. She is married to Mung and she handles the business side of the restaurant, Mung Daal's catering.

The Baby Pound. Schnitzel realizes how fun it is to be a kid, so he acts like one. Chowder makes a mess and Mung tells him to clean up the mess. So Chowder pretends to be a baby. When Schnitzel has to clean it up, Schintzel and Chowder pretend to be babies so they will not have to clean up the mess. Mung then says that he will call "the baby pound".
Burple Nurples. Chowder begs Mung to let him make Burple Nurples. Mung lets Chowder make them because he doesn't like to hear Chowder beg.

He dosen't believe in them. A chain recipe is like a chain letter. It reads that you must do what it says or you'll get bad luck. Mung didn't believe in chain recipes so he didn't make it.

Ceviche. Ceviche is also an apprentice who likes Panini.

An eagle. When Chowder and Gazpacho needed to stand up to a mean customer, they needed to contact their inner spirit. Chowder's was an eagle and Gazpacho's was a butterfly. Chowder though wanted to switch with Gazpacho so Chowder's final spirit was a butterfly and Gazpacho's was an eagle.

Whoa, everythings' so calm, everyone can understand me! Hey I'm Schnitzel...ALRIGHT!. When Truffles bought a new voice, everything was quieter and more calm. This is why Schnitzel said what he said. However, he slipped on a pan making a commotion which led to Schitzel saying "Radda Radda again".
