His lab. I said what, not who!
Mandark. His last name is revealed in the episode where he first goes to Dexter's school. His first name is revealed in the episode that shows Mandark's earlier years.
Merryweather. He can't figure out how to win her heart at first, but he makes a deal with Dee Dee for her to write poems for Dexter to read to Merryweather. However, after a while, Dee Dee gets annoyed that Dexter keeps asking her to write poems.
piglet. Dexter takes an intelligence test at school to find that he is just an average boy. Dexter decides to wear pink clothes and play "ding-dong ditch" with the older guys. At the end of the episode, the Pentagon calls Dexter's dad to say that the test results were mixed up and Dexter is actually a genius.
Lisa. Dexter loves Lisa, but she already has a boyfriend named Jeff. So Dexter makes himself older in hopes of increasing his chances of being with Lisa.
Koosalagoopagoop. He is a large dinosaur creature that wears glasses. He can change his size and make himself invisible. He can make burritos and impersonate Jimmy Carter.
Action Hank. He is a big guy similar to Mr. T. There was an episode where Dexter wanted to see a special episode of "Action Hank", but there was an emergency alarm test on TV instead of "Action Hank".
Windbear. Mandark's parents are hippies. Windbear has black hair, a goatee, and wears the traditional hippie clothing. He drives a VW Bus.
Oceanbird. Oceanbird has very long light brown hair and wears glasses. Susan is Mandark's real name. The other two are made-up hippie names.
Ostrich. Dee Dee climbs into the ostrich's pen and chases it around. Dexter is amused by this and buys popcorn and a soda to sit down and watch. At the end of the episode, Dee Dee and the ostrich were somehow morphed together after colliding.
Agent Honeydew. Agent Honeydew is featured in the "Dial M for Monkey" episodes. She often is the one that calls to Monkey for help. She wears a blue spandex suit and has short, slick hair.
