 H2O: Just Add Water
Emma. The first episode is called "Metamorphosis." In the first scene with Cleo and Emma, Cleo talks to Emma and says her name.
She boils Lewis' drink accidentally.. As soon as Rikki discovers her power, she tests it at a rock pool at the beach. And near the end of the episode, Rikki boils the pool at Miriam's house and the water evaporates.
a jellyfish. Somebody else was a starfish and Miriam was a mermaid.
She can't change back from mermaid form and says rude things to guests.. When Rikki can't resist the full moon, she loses control of her powers. When Cleo is affected by the full moon, she turns into a beautiful singer and all the boys love her. (She sounded so funny in that episode!)
Cleo's. Cleo eventually discovers Lewis forgot the sample and the group isn't happy.
Rikki. Not to be rude or anything, but do you seriously think that Emma, Cleo or Lewis would say something good about Zane? Highly unlikely. Besides, later on in the first series, Rikki and Zane are a couple. (Shocking!)
Lewis. Zane's last name is Bennett and Emma's is Gilbert.
Self-centered. Cleo's fish was named Pluto.
Rikki. Even in the first episode, they find out individually except different order (Emma, Cleo, Rikki.) In the last episode however, the order is Rikki, Cleo, Emma.

7. There are three main mermaids (Emma, Rikki and Cleo), Charlotte (who becomes a mermaid near the end of the second series) and the three original mermaids (Miss Chatham, Gracie and Julia.)
At her dad's party. Emma sees the full moon during her dad's suprise party that she organised. The girls are warned about this by Miss Chatham but don't take it too seriously because they don't know that she is a mermaid.
At a horse riding lesson.. Emma meets Ash when taking her little brother horse riding. Although she did not originally plan to, she ended up having a lesson as well.
They lose their powers for 12 hours.. Miss Chatham told the girls this when doctor Denman discovered their secret. However the part about them only losing their powers for 12 hours was left out. Lewis revealed this to the girls later.
It's a full moon night.. Cleo's dad decides to take the family camping at Mako Island but, as it is a full moon night, Emma and Rikki come along. In the end Lewis and Charlotte come with them as well.
Lewis. Lewis helps her organise it but, after all the effort they have both put in, Cleo is disappointed that Emma and Rikki turn up late. At first they were reluctant to come because they had just had an argument.
Charlotte. Charlotte mentions that Gracie is her grandmother and questions the fact that she wore the same necklace as Emma, Rikki and Cleo in a photograph she found in Cleo's bedroom. The necklace that she was wearing now belongs to Cleo.
Swimming. Since becoming a mermaid Emma had to give up her swimming career and couldn't say why. She does hint that she has developed a fear of water and no longer wants to continue swimming. In the second season Ash tries to help her overcome her fear, this caused conflict between the two until she finally told him her secret.
Bad Moon Rising. In the episode "Bad Moon Rising" Rikki is affected by the full moon and is not in control of her powers. Zane finds her on Mako Island and they kiss, making him faint.
Elliot. Emma and Elliot seem to have a strong relationship during both season 1 and 2 but it is slightly strained due to Emma keeping her mermaid secret. Elliot never does find out about this during those two seasons.

Moulding, boiling and freezing water.. Cleo can mould water, Rikki can boil water and Emma can freeze water. In the second season they get new powers.
Dr Denman. Dr Holt was in the episode "Under the Weather". Dr Denman is the marine biologist who finds out about the girls at the end of "Dr Danger". In the last episode of that season the girls fooled her into believing they had lost their powers.
Ash. At the end of season 2 Emma tells Ash about her secret. Byron was her love interest in the first season.
She lived in a trailer park.. We found this out in season 2 in "Wrong Side of the Tracks". Rikki was
embarrassed to tell Zane and her friends where she lived. She lives with her father but no information was given about her mother, only that they split up because of money problems.
rare fish. Rikki gets a job collecting rare fish that later she finds out are being illegally sold. She then goes after her boss and finds his place of business, where she gets caught sneaking around. She gets kept in a room full of pipes and water, where she uses her powers to frighten them all away. Emma and Cleo give her a hand.

dress. Candy walks in with Zane's father wearing a strapless white dress with sequins along the top. Emma greets her by saying, "Nice to meet you Candy. I love your dress." When Zane's father and Candy are inside, Lewis comes through the door with a gift. Emma puts him on door duty while she gets some drinks for the guests.
| In the episode "Fish Out of Water" Emma and Cleo go to the cinema to see a movie. They see Rikki and Zane coming out of a film too. What film did Rikki and Zane go and see? | H2O: Just Add Water

30 Days of Love. The next day at school Emma, Cleo and Lewis are having a conversation before Rikki arrives. They tell Lewis to follow Rikki and Zane around to see if something's going on, but Rikki and Zane are good at keeping secrets and don't even make eye contact at school. When Rikki arrives Cleo says "We were just wondering if "30 Days of Love" was worth seeing?" Rikki shrugs and says, "Well we'd better get moving if we don't want to be late."
| In the episode "Sink or Swim" Rikki is getting annoyed with Lewis because he keeps on experimenting on them. In the juice bar she tricks him and puts an ice cube down his back, but first she has to make him bend down, so she says to him "Lewis would you mind picking up my ______?" teaspoon. Rikki is fed up with Lewis because he is always asking for some hair or nail clippings. Cleo says she's never seen Lewis angry before, so Rikki makes it her mission to make him get mad. Instead of her hair she gives him some German shepherd fur so he wastes his time. Then at the juicebar Rikki says to Lewis, "Lewis could you get my teaspoon please?"
Lewis replies "Why, did you drop it?"
Rikki: "Yeah"
Lewis says, "I can't find it."
"I'm sure it's there." Rikki replies while she puts an ice cube down his back.
Lewis turns around and says, "I forgot to get toenail clippings."

Cleo's. Charlotte goes to Cleo's house where all the girls are. She shows them that she has a power. Cleo says, "But that's my power!" At the end of the episode Charlotte is in the juice bar with the girls and Lewis. Rikki asks her, "How did you dry off so quickly?" Charlotte says, "Oh that", and boils Rikki's drink. She then freezes it and says, "I also got Emma's."
| In the episode "The Siren Effect" Cleo is talking to Mrs Chatham about the full moon when her mobile rings. She answers it and we find out it's her mum. Then we hear Cleo repeat something her mum wants from the shops that she must have asked Cleo to get. What was it? | H2O: Just Add Water

milk. In this episode Cleo gets affected by the full moon and gets a good voice. But all is not well as Cleo attracts all the boys in a trance with her singing. During that day she was having a conversation with Mrs Chatham when her mobile rang. She answered it and we heard her say "Mum? Milk? Sure." And then she ends the call, turns around to find Mrs Chatham gone. She then says to herself, "I wish she'd stop doing that!"
| In the episode "Camping at Mako Island", Cleo's dad tells her they will all be going camping at Mako island. It's very dangerous because that night is a full moon. Emma and Rikki. Emma, Rikki and Cleo all share a tent in this episode. They wear dark sunglasses in case they see the full moon. Lewis shares a tent with Cleo's dad, while Kim and Charlotte share a tent together.
