Orange. Alice's sister, whose name we never learn, wears an orange dress, and has a pink and yellow flower in her hair. Alice wears a blue dress.
Walks across some rocks.. Alice sees the rabbit running on the opposite side of the river. She wonders why he is rushing and saying he is late, so she hops across the river, using the rocks to help her, and follows him.
The hole opens up underneath her feet and she falls in.. In the first of a number of surreal moments, Alice is chasing the rabbit when a hole opens up beneath her feet and she falls in. It doesn't look much like a rabbit hole, but this is how Alice refers to it.
Orange Juice. When Alice falls down the hole, she starts falling through a blue tunnel for what seems like an age. On the way down she catches an empty bottle, labelled "Orange Juice".
Seven. There are three green, locked doors on each side of the room, and a small pink door behind a curtain. Alice finds the key for the pink door, but she is too big to fit through.
Orange juice. This is possibly related to the empty orange juice bottle Alice found earlier. She doesn't want to drink the potion at first, but reasons that if it smells like orange juice, it must be okay.
Six. The creatures are:
2 squirrels
2 mice
1 duck
1 dodo
They tell Alice that they are going to race around the tree to get dry, but they then tell her it isn't a real race because nobody wins.
Brown. The rabbit also left behind a fan, and Alice finds the things after she finished drying herself. She wants to return the rabbit's things, so she takes them with her and chases after him.
Apple. Alice comments that the potion smells like green apple. The drink makes her bigger the first time she drinks it, and smaller the second time.
8. The caterpillar sits on four legs, and uses four as arms. He is pink, with purple spots, and he smokes an unusual pipe.
Her neck grows long.. The caterpillar tells Alice that the mushroom may make her grow bigger, but no-one has been brave enough to try it before. When she tastes the mushroom, her neck grows long, sending her head up into the trees.
Flowers. Pink flowers come out of the top of his hat when Alice first arrives. Later on, yellow steam comes out of the top of the hat, when the Mad Hatter gets angry.
Jack Of Hearts. The Jack leads a group of cards, who chase after Alice and the painters. The Queen wants to cut off the cards' heads, but Alice distracts her, and ends up getting invited to play croquet.
Alice let the flamingo club fly away.. When Alice tries to hit the ball, the flamingo club bends its neck, and makes her miss. The flamingo then flies away, and the Queen takes Alice to trial because it was her favourite flamingo.
Cherry. I think this is a reference to the nursery rhyme: "The Queen of Hearts, she made some tarts...". Alice never actually gets her trial, because the Jack's trial is taking place.
Mad Hatter. Alice tells the court that the Mad Hatter is an unreliable witness, because he sees things that aren't really there. She then backs up her claim with the story of the imaginary tea party.
King Of Hearts. The whole time the trial is in session, the King can be seen asleep in the background, even when they all get thrown through the air! The Queen is yelling right through the trial, the Jack is defending himself, and the White Rabbit, as the judge, is trying to calm the Queen down.
Blue. This is the same book that she is reading at the beginning of the story, when Alice comments that she couldn't read a book without any pictures in. Alice goes home thinking it was all a dream, but she leaves behind the rabbit's gloves and fan.
