 The Suite Life of Zack and Cody
Tipton Hotel. They live there because their mom is the headliner for the hotel, so they live in a suite.
Mr. Moseby. He is a strict, tough person who is always complaining about how Zack and Cody always try to ruin his hotel.
Maddie. She is very smart and annoyed by London, a rich heiress who lives at the hotel. She also doesn't make a lot of money.
Carey. She sings at the hotel and doesn't make a lot of money. Plus, she has to put up with Zack and Cody's crazy schemes.
London. She's not very smart, loves fashion and boys, and thinks she is the greatest at everything.
bikes. It was an accident that Cody got entered into the beuaty pageant. He didn't want to get caught by Mr. Moseby around the girls, so he put a wig on. The director of the pageant told him to get his dress on. Zack thought he was crazy until he realized the prize was $2000.
Jason. He likes recycling and protests against cutting down trees like Maddie. He is rich and Maddie thinks he will only like her if he thinks she is rich even though she's not. So she pretends she's rich, but then gets caught. It turns out he liked Maddie even though she wasn't rich. They say good-bye by kissing.
Bonnie and Clyde. They were Zack and Cody's science projects. Zack decided he wanted to take them to a Red Sox game, and they escaped at the hotel. He eventually caught them and used them in the plan to get Mr. Moseby back.
Max and Tapeworm. Zack and Cody ditch them for the cool people, but realize that they were only using them. They also realized that Max and Tapeworm were their real friends all the time.
The Tipton Hotel. Zack and Cody's mom sings there. The boys are always "destroying" the hotel.
The Drew Crew. The boys want to be popular so, when The Drew Crew finds out that the twins live at The Tipton they automatically get to join The Drew Crew.
Maddie. Maddie liked the new life guard but dumped him because he constantly talked about water.
Rebecca. Cody enters the beauty pageant (by accident) while trying to give Rebecca flowers.
Tyresha. After the first day of the pageant Tyresha (Cody) gets placed in the top three. Its funny because no one can figure out who Tyresha is, or where she came from.
Rebecca. Cody wanted Rebecca to win so he backed out. Zack, on the other hand, wanted to win so he dressed up as Tyresha and everything went wrong.
New bikes. When Zack and Cody asked their mom for new bikes she said their bikes were fine. They said that the bikes they had were tricycles.
Boston. The show is set in Boston, but the Tipton is not a real hotel.
Martin. Zack and Cody are played by real life twins Dylan and Cole Sprouse.
Math Camp. Cody goes to the Knock-A-Number camp with his friend Tapeworm.
Usher. She brags about having his sweat drip on her.
Rock Squared. Their band consists of Cody on the keyboards, Zack on the electric guitar, Tapeworm on the drums, and Max on the bass guitar.
pink. Maddie's band was named Water Works, and the guitarist was Lance, the lifeguard.
goat. Zack and Cody prank call Serge pretending to be Prince Bapalapashamalamadingdong, a hotel guest demanding milk for his wife.
Bird Dog. Over the walkie-talkies Zack was Bird Dog, Cody was Mad Dog, and Mr. Moseby was Lard Butt.
Ivana. You can see her dog in the episode "Hotel Inspector" and Ivana falls in love with Maddie's dog, Scamp, in the episode "Crushed".
Muriel. Muriel first appears in the episode "The Prince and the Plunger". She is played by Estelle Harris.
Zack. Zack and Max are supposed to dance in a competition but Zack sprains his ankle and Cody has to fill in for his brother.
honey mist auburn. In this episode Cody wants to stand out by changing his hair color, but the colour in the box wasn't honey mist auburn, it was bright red!
Max. In some episodes people say "Okay boys" but then Max says "I'm a girl." Allyson Stoner plays Max. Allyson Stoner also appears in "Cheaper by the Dozen" and "Mike's Super Short Show".
a dollar. In this episode, Esteban catches Zack taking a bagel or muffin and Esteban says for Zack to put it back, but Zack says he is Cody, then Cody "I'm Cody! C-O-D-Y!" Then Esteban says "Oh, Cody, do you have that dollar you owe me?" then Cody says "I'm Zack! Z-A-C-K!"
Cody is smart and Zack loves Maddie.. In the episode "It's A Mad, Mad, Mad Hotel" in Zack's daydream he kisses Maddie. Cody's daydream is winning the Nobel Prize.
