The February Revolution. The Orthodox Calendar that was still in use in Russia was about two weeks 'behind'.
Prince Lvov. Prince Lvov and later Kerensky headed the Provisional Government after the Tsar's abdication. Eight months later, Lenin succeeded with his famous October Revolution.
Provisional. The Provisional government didn't last long, mainly because Kerensky chose to keep Russia in the Great War.
