 Lord Of The Rings Monopoly
One die has the red eye of Sauron.. One of the dice in this Monopoly game has the eye of Sauron instead of a one. When rolled, the eye can be treated as either a one, or it can be used in the optional game.
Mount Doom. The two dark blue properties that take the place of Boardwalk and Park Place are Mount Doom (400 power) and Barad Dur (350 power). The incorrect answers are the green properties.
Fatty Lumpkin. Tom Bombadil and his pony, old Fatty Lumpkin, were featured in Tolkien's novel "The Fellowship of the Ring". Tom and his pony were not featured in the movie.
Strongholds and fortresses. The game contains 32 strongholds and 12 fortresses.
People and Events. "You made too much noise in the Mines of Moria. Give each player 50 power." is an example of a card in the People category.
Staff of Gandalf and Staff of Saruman. Instead of the Electric Company and Water Works, this game has the Staff of Gandalf and the Staff of Saruman.
Power. The money has the same values, 1, 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, and 500. The money also has the same colors as in regular Monopoly.
green. Its one of the more expensive ones.
$100. It's one of the cards you can get.
orange. Its one of the places right before Free Parking.
Bag End. It goes in order of the journey.
It's the same. There are still some things they don't change...
Brego. Instead of the Railroads there are Steeds.
Events and People. The cards are still like the original versions except LOTR themed. There is still Go to Jail and Get Out Of Jail Free.
Sam. Frodo is the only hobbit featured in the game.
$320. It is the most expensive green property.
Magenta. Rivendell is the second Magenta slot, the others are Caradhras and Ford of Bruinen.
Frodo. This was pretty easy because Frodo is the most important character.
Mount Doom. It is the most expensive property on the board.
To end the game sooner. On one of the dice, there is the Eye of Sauron. Every time you roll it, you have to move the ring up until it gets to the last slot.
Legolas. He is the only one with the bow and arrow and is the main character with the bow and arrow in the movie.
Gap of Rohan and Falls of Rauros. Falls of Rauros is orange and Gap of Rohan is red.
You made too much noise in the Mines of Moria. It's under the People category. You get to earn fifty power when there is an Entmoot.
Strongholds and Fortresses. They are the same thing as houses and hotels just shaped differently with different names.
blue. The power is still the same color as the dollars in the original version of Monopoly.
$150. The card that Galadriel gives you is under the People category.
Shelob's Lair. In the original version, there is a luxury tax and you have to pay seventy five dollars. In this game, its Shelob's Lair and you have to pay seventy five power.
Same as the original. There is still the man in the blue suit and the whistle.
