Burrs. Burrs is shot during the scuffle for control of the gun he threatens Queenie and Black with.
The Little Girl. The Little Girl was played by Sarah Lark in the OLC with those enormous pigtails!
The Glory of Me. This song was given over to Darryl and the whole chorus, rather than just Darryl and the fellas as 'Who's the Man' had done.
Joanna Riding. Jo was nominated for an Olivier Award for her portrayal of Jane in 2001, however,the accolade went to Samantha Spiro for her role in 'Merrily We Roll Along'.

Swallow, Brat and Poor Baby. 'Whistle Down the Wind' is not one of Andrew Lloyd Webber's most successful shows, despite the emotional storyline and score. Based on the novel by Mary Hayley Bell, it tells the story of a young teenager who finds an escaped convict in her barn and thinks that he is Jesus.
No Matter What. In the show the children give their most treasured possessions to the man and sing him this song as a sign of love and devotion, while the adults prepare to hunt him down.
Terrible Thing To Waste. This song is in the second half of the musical and features The Man, Amos and Swallow.

Jesus Christ Super Star. Glenn played Jesus in 'Jesus Christ Super Star' for which he received the "Most Outstanding Performance in a Musical" award from the Drama League. He reprised this role in the Really Useful Films recording of the production.
Bring her mother back to life. The show starts with Swallow's mother's funeral and the song 'The Vaults of Heaven'.
Jim Steinman. Songwriter/producer Jim Steinman has sold more than 100 million records. 'The Gang' wasn't written by Steinman however, but by Don Black.
Poor Baby. This line is from the song 'I Never Get What I Pray For'. Brat wants to "look like Sandra Dee or maybe Doris Day" and all Swallow wants is her mother back.
Lottie Mayor. Lottie Mayor played opposite Marcus Lovett as The Man. Their performance can be heard on the cast recording, and both were at Andrew Lloyd Webber's 50th Birthday Anniversary Concert.
Whistle Down the Wind. In some versions of the show Swallow and her family sing this, in others Swallow begins it and The Man continues off stage making it look like he is singing from the heavens.
savior, prophet, priest. This is another line from 'Nature of the Beast'. Swallow's naive innocence frustrates The Man as, regardless of what he says, she refuses to believe that he isn't Jesus.
Cold. This is from the song 'Cold'. It is sung by Ed and Sam at the town bar in Act I.
Soliloquy. When this song is reprised in Act II the ending changes to: "There's no way out and all my prayers are loaded in this gun."
When Children Rule The World. "Then this could be the night. When children rule the world." Brat and Poor Baby sing this to the rest of the children.
Christopher Street. "Such interesting people live on Christopher Street."
subway construction. The two sisters are trying to decide if they made the right decision moving to New York, and the blast makes them miss Ohio again.
gasket. "Just get out, tell him it's the gasket, and fix it in two seconds flat with a bobby pin."
hers and hers. "Yes, girls! You too can lose your man, if you just use Ruth Sherwood's plan."
