No. Here's another instance in which Crichton was inconsistent. In "The Lost World" they make a big deal about how people were stupid to believe the Tyrannosaur couldn't see anything that stayed still, yet that was exactly what happend in "Jurassic Park".
Isla Sorna. Isla Sorna was part of the five islands in a chain called The Five Deaths. Seems like an appropriate name.

Richard Levine. Levine was the heir to the Americana Doll fortune. Sarah and Doc were both along on the journey. Dodgson was the greedy researcher from Biosyn. This book wasn't quite as good as "Jurassic Park", but it was still exciting.
Sterno. Sterno, a combonation of alcohol and methanol. Peter Jackson said he was drinking this and taking aspirin for his stomach ulcer...
Enzymes. Its crystalline structure enabled it to survive without protein based organization.
proteins. The infectious green flecks were given a battery of tests: radioactive assays, spectometry, radio-density photometry,thermocoupling analysis, along with amino-acid analyzation. Proteins make up all enzymes.
