Haydon, Elizabeth
cwellan. The cwellan is loaded with paper-thin disks made of blue-black metal that shoot out at an incredible speed to instantly kill whatever is being shot at.
Namer. Namers are the graduated versions of Singers. When they tell the truth, they can change certain things. Rhapsody is quite a powerful Namer.
Blood. He inherited his tie to blood from the Dracian side of his family, and also from the fact that he was the first Dracian born on the Island of Serendair. That's what makes him such an unerring assassin.

Gwylliam. He and his people managed to escape the downfall of Serendair in three waves of fleets that landed on the other side of the world.
Josephine. Her nickname is Jo. The reason Rhapsody adopted her was because she didn't have a home, and she was also wanted for theft in Navarne.
Elynsynos. The reason Rhapsody is intent on doing this is because she found a dragon's claw in Gwylliam's vault, and, fearing the dragon's wrath, wants to find her lair and return it to her. The other three are daughters of Elynsynos, who can see respectively into the future, present, and past.
Emily. We first meet her as a young girl living in a farm village, hiding from a marriage lottery. This is when she meets Gwydion, thus changing history.
Cymrians. The name comes from the epithet the refugees carved at any new place they came upon: “Cyme we inne fria fram the grip of deap to lif inne dis smylte land."
The Brother. The Brother was the first of his kind born on the Island, thus giving him a tie to the blood of all of its inhabitants. “Brother to none, akin to none."

The Filids and the Invoker. Llauron is the Invoker of the Filids, who believe in the one God and worship Him by caring for nature.
Daystar Clarion. The legendary sword was buried beneath the ground, on the other side of the world, to the puzzlement of Achmed and Grunthor.

They are used for spies. The Eyes were the spies of the mountain, keeping a look out on other clans and whatever else happened to wander around the endless caverns of Canriff.
