Yes, it can be safely wielded by a man linked with two women, and one of them guiding the flows. When the Dragon Reborn, has wielded Callandor it has ended in chaos, for example when he used it against the Seanchan and destroyed big parts of his own army. However Callandor is safely wielded in the end of "Winter's Heart" by an Ash'aman linked with several women and one of them guiding the flows. The question is now, is it safe for a man to use callandor by himself when the taint is removed?
