Captain Hook. He was cast to play Peter Pan, but asked if he could play Captain Hook in the end, which he did.

Rachel. Toms wife's name was Rachel. She died after giving birth to their son William.
William. William, like his mother, died and they were buried together under the tree.
Willie. The main character's name was William but he was more commonly known as Willie.
